WHAT IS SCREEN PRINTING?

Screen printing is the process of printing designs onto various materials using a mesh screen stencil, a squeegee, and ink. Screen printing is commonly used to create custom apparel with high-quality and long-lasting designs. The stencil is created by blocking out the areas where ink is not intended to pass through, leaving the remaining areas of the stencil open to allow ink to pass through and create the desired design. The ink is then applied onto the surface of the garment by pressing it through the mesh screen using a squeegee, and then the garment with the newly printed design on it is cured to make it permanent.
